You can easily manage your subscription by logging into your account in the upper right-hand corner of our website or by clicking on this Login link. Then you will apply your email address and password used to create your account.
From here, you can manage your account settings, shipping address, update or remove your credit card information, modify your subscription and plan, and reactivate a subscription. Please note that single box purchases and a full purchase history are not shown at this time.
If you choose to cancel your subscription, you must do so by contacting customer support by submitting your request to email@example.com, live chat or call us at (469)615-3321 during normal business hours, Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm EST. Your Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current subscription cycle.
If you are in the middle of a 3 or 12-month subscription, you can cancel anytime, but please note that canceling your subscription will not automatically issue a refund or cancel future shipments. This will only stop your subscription from auto-renewing at the end of its current cycle. Click the link here for more information on our refunds policy.
All account changes need to be received by the 15th of the month (occasionally extended to coincide with our Faithbox cutoff date for that month) to be reflected for the following month.
Example: If you were to cancel your subscription by the 15th, your account would be cancelled and remaining boxes would continue to ship until your subscription runs out. If you want to change your address on March 18th, these changes would go into effect for the following months box May. However if you want the April box address that you paid for in March to ship to your new address, we cannot guarantee that the warehouse has already begun preparing your order for shipment.
