Can I change my renewal date?

Currently, all renewals will be charged to the card on file on the 7th of the month and this cannot be changed. If a payment cannot be processed, our system will automatically try billing once a day until the 17th of the month. 

Afterward, if a payment is not processed, the subscription will go into an "suspended" status and reactivation will be attempted the following month
