Refunds are not issued automatically and can only be honored 10 days after your initial billing charge (also pending that cutoff date for that month's box). To do so, you will need to cancel your subscription from within your Faithbox account before the 10-day period expires and then contact us to issue a refund.
If it is after the 10-day grace period, if you have already begun a monthly, 3 or 12-month subscription, or if you have already received a Faithbox, a full refund cannot be issued.
Example: Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current subscription cycle. If you are subscribed for the discounted 3 or 12 month, you may cancel anytime during the subscription cycle but you cannot receive a refund for prepaid subscriptions. You will continue to receive monthly boxes until the end of your subscription cycle. For example, if you joined on November 15th and you sign up for the 3 month prepay, if you cancel your subscription in December you will still receive the December, January and February box, but you will not be charged for another 3 months and you will not receive any more boxes after February.
