You can easily manage your subscription by logging into your account in the upper right-hand corner of our website or by clicking on this Login link. Then you will apply your email address and password used to create your account.
From here, you can manage your account settings, shipping address, update or remove your credit card information, modify your subscription and plan or cancel and reactivate a subscription. Please note that single box purchases and a full purchase history are not shown at this time.
If you choose to cancel or reactivate your subscription, you can so do from within your Faithbox account. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current subscription cycle.
If you are in the middle of a 3 or 12-month subscription, you can cancel anytime, but please note that canceling your subscription won’t automatically issue a refund or cancel future shipments. This will only stop your subscription from auto-renewing at the end of its current cycle. Click the link here for more information on our refunds policy.
All account changes need to be received by the 14th of the month (occasionally extended to coincide with our Faithbox cutoff date for that month) to be reflected for the following month.
Example: If you were to cancel your subscription or change your address on March 18th, these changes would go into effect for the May Faithbox and not immediately for the next subscription cycle beginning in April.
